Terms and Conditions for shipping and returns

• Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern shoesandclogs.com.au relationship with you in relation to this website.

• Goods must be returned within 7 working days of purchase, must be unworn and in the original packaging, freight is not refundable. Provided we are satisfied that the article have not been worn and or tampered with, you will be refunded or you can exchange if the size does not fit, we do not charge a re-stocking fee. 

• Good are delivered using Australia Post or FastWay couriers. Please note that a private courier company  cannot deliver to PO Box. For 6 or more pairs email us to get a reduced postage and handling charge.
  

• A "REN "return/exchange number must be obtained prior to shipping, please email us at info@shoesandclogs.com.au and a return/exchange form will be emailed to you, please attach this to the goods with a copy of the Tax Invoice for a speedier refund/exchange,  a return address will be listed on the form.
  

• Making sure goods are returned undamaged is customer responsibility; we do not chase up couriers or Australia Post to sort out any missing or damaged goods. We suggest you use a courier or registered mail, costs are customer responsibility. Goods shipped with freight payable upon receipt will not be accepted and returned to sender. Sorry no exceptions. We will accept payment for freight only in the event we shipped the wrong size or style.

• Some products may be out of stock and although all efforts are made to ensure stock level are adequate we cannot guarantee fulfillment of every order. In the event that the article is out of stock, you will be refunded in full.

• Heels are guaranteed for a period of three (3) month, goods that have been tempered with or found to be used against normal everyday wear will not be covered by our warranty and therefore no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to repair any worn damaged shoes.
  

• In the event that goods consigned  to our freight forwarders "Most goods will be shipped via Australia Post and FastWay couriers" are not delivered between 3 and 10 days we will endure to chase up  the missing parcel on your behalf, please note that we will not send another pair until we are fully satisfied that the carrier has lost the goods in transit and the cost of the goods is paid to us via the insurance company. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Strictly no return, exchange or refund on all shoes purchased within the last pairs - clearance items section.

• All prices are quoted in Australian dollars only and include GST.

• For orders of 3 pairs or more we may request that direct payment be made into our account prior to shipping due to the increased fraudulent use of credit cards please understand this is done to protect ourselves as well as you as a consumer.

Payment Options

Our real-time credit processing gateway will charge your card in real-time. This means we don't store or collect your credit card number, and because we know if the transaction is valid instantly, if the item you purchased is in stock we can ship your order the next business day!
